作者簡介

　　曾明，高級工程師，現任國家自然科學基金委員會信息中心副主任。長期工作于計算機系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與管理的第一線，負責國家自然科學基金委員會整個機構計算機局域網系統(tǒng)和基于Internet應用服務系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、構建、運行、管理和維護工作。等等
