從孩子還在推車(chē)?yán)镩_(kāi)始,我們就經(jīng)常帶兩個(gè)女兒出去走走,感受大自然的氣息。孩子還不會(huì)說(shuō)話(huà)的時(shí)候,我就將聽(tīng)到的聲音描述給孩子聽(tīng):汽車(chē)滴滴嘟嘟的聲音,水流嘩嘩的聲音,飛機(jī)轟隆隆的聲音,風(fēng)吹樹(shù)葉沙沙的聲音……隨著孩子越來(lái)越大,我們就手拉手出門(mén)散步,我會(huì)提醒孩子怎樣才能做一個(gè)好的聽(tīng)者,如保持安靜、豎起耳朵仔細(xì)聆聽(tīng)。我會(huì)邀請(qǐng)孩子和我一起仔細(xì)聆聽(tīng)周?chē)娜魏温曇簦缓笳?qǐng)她們告訴我聽(tīng)到了什么聲音。有時(shí)候回家的時(shí)候,孩子還可以仔細(xì)回憶,并將這些聲音以圖片或者文字的形式記錄下來(lái)。

2. 戶(hù)外敲敲打打Drum Outdoors
準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng):各種材質(zhì)的棍子、鐵架子、木板、塑料桶、石頭墻、鐵鍋
這是兩個(gè)女兒最喜歡的戶(hù)外游戲之一。通常女兒找到一根木棍,然后到花園去敲打各種不同的物體,如木柵欄、鐵架子、塑料桶、石頭墻……她們?cè)谇么虻臅r(shí)候要辨別并記住各種聲音,等她們自己體驗(yàn)后,我就讓她們閉上眼睛,然后我來(lái)敲打某個(gè)物體,她們猜測(cè)物體名稱(chēng),有時(shí)候我們交換位置,她們敲打物體,我來(lái)猜測(cè)物體名稱(chēng),孩子們樂(lè)此不疲。
