These conditions apply if you buy or have bought something in the webshop.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will then be kept informed of the status of your order until your package has been delivered. All information and data about your order can also be found in your account, if you have one. You don’t have to create an account to make an order.
Stefan Vlieger Photography uses the Dutch small businesses scheme (KOR). Therefore, no VAT is charged on prices in the webshop.
When ordering one or more prints, the full amount must be paid instantly. This can be done via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. Your order will be processed immediately after the amount has been received.
Delivery and implementation
Stefan Vlieger Photography co-operates with one of the best professional printing companies in the Netherlands. Your photo will be printed once your order has been received and it will then be sent out as soon as possible. Normally that’s within 3 or 4 business days. Due to COVID-19, you will probably receive the order past its estimated delivery time.
Please note: in terms of crop and colours, the actual print might be slightly different from the photo on your screen, because a different colour profile is used for printing.
To deliver the print(s) you have ordered, Stefan Vlieger Photography uses the services of several different couriers.

United Kingdom, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €7,00
Denmark, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic: €9,00
Portugal, Ireland, Sweden: €11,00
Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Greece, Switzerland, Finland: €15,00
If your country is not included in this list and you wish to buy a print, please send an email (email@example.com).
Returning a print and/or requesting a refund is only possible if your print is damaged in transit. In that case, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Don’t forget to include photos of the damage. If your complaint is justified, you will either get your money back or you will receive a new print.
